How do I join?
The first step is to download and/or print our 2012 Membership Application, fill it out and return it to GCHAR via fax (919-9291409) or email (membership@chapelhillrealtors.com). Be sure that you have your Broker-In-Charge’s signature under yours on page 3.

What is the fee to join the Greater Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS®? Annual local dues are $295. The amount is pro-rated based on the month in which you join. Included in all memberships are FREE mandatory update classes.
What if I already belong to a local REALTOR® Association? Many REALTORS® belong to more than one Association. You can join GCHAR as a secondary member for just the cost of local dues and receive all the privileges of membership.
Can I join GCHAR if my broker-in-charge is not a member? Your broker-in-charge would need to join GCHAR as a secondary member or transfer their primary membership. It is common for BICs to have memberships with several Associations to ensure that their agents can choose the Association that best serves their needs.
