Investigate complaints submitted to the Association and determine whether or not they warrant further consideration by a Hearing Panel of the Professional Standards Committee.
Assure member’s adherence to high ethical standards, arbitrate disputes between members and/or members and the public, and investigate complaints of alleged violations of the Code of Ethics.
Provide ongoing quality educational programs for members (through member meetings and workshops); identify trends and market needs; be proactive in assessing member educational needs
